Bernadette and Jean Pierre Bayle sell their gastronomic specialities directly to the public, to the exclusion of all other distribution channels.
Our preserved and semi-preserved products are EU approved and guaranteed to be made from fattened geese and ducks fed on corn and originating from the South West of France.
